SMARTS™ Product Spotlight: Dynamic Questionnaires
When organizations need to collect user response data for decision-making, they often use business rules to drive the sequence of questions. Rules simplify complexity often required to drive these interactions. However, rules in themselves don’t have a mechanism for interacting directly with the application UI. In addition, most rule engines are stateless. As a result, the engine has to reprocess all the data after each interaction.
In this webinar, we will cover SMARTS™ Dynamic Questionnaires, a tool that addresses these challenges. Through this tool, users can create dynamic user interfaces with reflexive questions. In addition, users can style these interfaces according to their brand guidelines to deliver a seamless customer experience.
