(HSC) of the Hitachi Group to expand decision management and digital decisioning in Japan. HSC is launching a Digital Decisioning Platform Service that leverages Sparkling Logic’s SMARTS™ decision management platform. This service will help financial services and insurance firms improve key operational decisions, including customer segmentation and fraud detection.
