In addition to low-code development of decisions, SMARTS™ supports low-code development of no-code business apps. These simple web forms can be configured to empower untrained users to perform specific decision management tasks without needing to access the SMARTS™ platform.
For example, credit risk specialists can modify APRs for loan products through a business app. Or, pricing specialists can update pricing for specific items through a business app. Business apps ensure that only what is necessary to complete a specific task is exposed to the user in an intuitive manner.
